It’s that time of year again! The leaves are changing colour, the air is brisk, and people begin to bundle up in their coziest sweaters and their trendiest boots. It’s fall, and right now it’s in full swing. Fall is the season of fashion; the best coats, the best sweaters, and the best shoes. Designer’s work all year for this season, and with Fashion Month just finishing there is a new onset of trends and ideas that are all hitting the market as I write. Of course, all these brands that start the trends with the best of the best, also cost the most. I am constantly looking for similar trends for less and I have compiled a list to share with you on what I believe are this seasons coolest brands to check out.

1. Zara

Okay, this was an easy one! Zara is my ultimate favourite store, all year round. They constantly stay up to date with their styles, with new and diverse merchandise coming out all the time. Zara is an affordable alternative to luxury brands, as it has very similar pieces for a fraction of the price.

2. & Other Stories 

& OtherStories is in my opinion has the best fall wear out of all of these. They have a variety of business chic, mixed with more neutral looks.

3. Genuine People 

Genuine People is a trendy online store that is amazing for unique pieces that are clean and sophisticated with a bold and edgy flair.

4. ASOS

ASOS is a British online store that has just about anything you could possibly need. With over 850 brands and constant updating, ASOS is the perfect store for your fall wardrobe.

5. Revolve

Similar to ASOS, revolve is an online store that houses hundreds of Brands. They are constantly updating their selection and have endless amounts of adorable items.

6. Frankie Shop

Frankie Shop is a bit more on the expensive side compared to the brands listed above. However, it sells luxury brand worthy clothing for much less, so still very much worth checking out for a statement piece or something special.

7. Pretty Little Thing 

Pretty Little Thing is a UK based company that targets women between the ages of 18-30. They have amazing clothes for every season, and at the most reasonable prices I have ever seen!

8. Pull and Bear 

Pull and Bear is a hidden gem to most Canadians as it is a Spanish Brand, however, is owned by the same company as Zara and has just as trendy clothes, with amazing prices!

9. Urban Outfitters 

Couldn’t do a top 10 clothing company without putting Urban Outfitters on here! One of my all time favourites that always stay up to date with trends and never fails to impress.

10. Lovers & Friends

Lovers & Friends is a smaller clothing line that is sold at a lot of department stores including ASOS and Revolve. They have a more specific style, as it is small, and a bit more on the expensive side however some great pieces.
